Pro is the only plan with overage billing — we never page you about a billing alert when you should be paging on your app. Included on Pro: 50 SMS, 10K emails, 10K webhook alerts per month. After that:

Can I start free without a credit card?
Yes. The Free plan is generous — 25k events/day, 5 monitors, 1 status page, and 7-day retention — and never asks for a card.
How do overages work on the Pro plan?
Pro includes 50 SMS, 10K emails, and 10K webhook alerts per month. If you exceed any included pool, additional alerts are billed monthly at $0.10 per SMS, $0.001 per email, and $0.001 per webhook. You can disable overages in the dashboard.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing is 20% off and is applied at checkout. Already on a monthly plan? Email us and we will switch you over.
What happens if I outgrow my plan limits?
Free, Starter, and Scale tiers cap at their event limits. Pro plans bill predictable pay-as-you-go rates so you never have a surprise outage from being throttled.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes — upgrades and downgrades happen instantly from the dashboard. Refunds for unused time are pro-rated automatically.
